Selection of properties, Previewing and viewings
We will research and pre select a number of properties based exclusively on your criteria, discuss with you, exchange the pro's and con's and select the ones you want to view or the ones that we preview for you.
Valuation and technical check ups
Using our knowledge of the market we can help you to evaluate a property and do all the technical checks and/or if necessary bring in professionals such as Surveyors, Plumbers, Painters, Decorators, Roofers, Structural Engineers, Electricians to advise on specific issues.
Negotiations and acquisitions
Once the legwork is done we will take care of the paperwork, negotiating hard on your behalf to obtain the best price and conditions for your property and discuss every step with you.
Buying Contract
We will advise you about the notary work, the procedure, accompany you to the first signing of the purchase contract and to the final contract meeting when you receive the keys of your house. We will check all these contracts and details for you.
After service
Our work is not completed when any problems arise afterwards. If this would happen we will provide you with advise and solve any problems very quickly. We make sure that our client is happily settled in his new house.
