When you’re looking for the perfect home, you want the assurance that everything is in order. An independent advice can help to make sure it is.
I can advise and guide you with the search and purchase of a house.
For example, I can provide advice about the type of home that best suits your needs.
Or provide information about the location of the intended house.
Is it a nice neighborhood?
Are the facilities that are important to you, from schools to supermarkets or restaurants, in the neighborhood? Etc.
Once you have found the perfect home, I am also available to come along on your visitation to assess the state of the property. Are there renovations or maintenance that you have to take into account? Are there any hidden costs? And is the technical inspection in order?
How much and in which areas you need advice is of course entirely up to you. I can assist you from the search up to the eventual purchase, but also help out in one specific area.
