Our approach is pro-active and offers structure, we give you insight in the process and inform you of the risks involved. We advice you in every phase and assure a fast and extensive Due Diligence process, both commercially as well as technically.

  • Advice you on the type of property
  • Make a yield calculation
  • Go over all the deeds and documents belonging to the house
  • Together we determine a strategy, based on our extensive inspection report.
  • We make an offer on your behalf, including all the relevant conditions
  • We discuss the purchase deed and the Notary deed.

For a successful purchase
we charge 1% commission

/ Refurbishment advice

  • When you’re looking for the perfect home, you want the assurance that everything is in order. An independent advice can help to make sure it is.
    I can advise and guide you with the search and purchase of a house.
    For example, I can provide advice about the type of home that best suits your needs.
    Or provide information about the location of the intended house.
    Is it a nice neighborhood?
    Are the facilities that are important to you, from schools to supermarkets or restaurants, in the neighborhood? Etc.
  • Once you have found the perfect home, I am also available to come along on your visitation to assess the state of the property. Are there renovations or maintenance that you have to take into account? Are there any hidden costs? And is the technical inspection in order?
  • How much and in which areas you need advice is of course entirely up to you. I can assist you from the search up to the eventual purchase, but also help out in one specific area.

  • First contact in case of disputes, rent default, or other problems.
  • Attend to urgent maintenance and repairs.
  • In case of malfunction- or damage report, we will check the space first.
  • Technical management (recurring maintenance and repairs) (at an hourly rate of € 45,00 excl. TAX) (after reporting to and in consultation with landlord).
  • Request of maintenance offers from external contractors.

For a successful intermediation a brokerage fee will be charged of one month’s rent (excl. 21% TAX).

  • We will inform you of the most important issues on a regular basis).
  • First contact in case of disputes, rent default, or other problems.
  • Attend to urgent maintenance and repairs.
  • In case of malfunction- or damage report, we will check the space first.
  • Technical management (recurring maintenance and repairs) (at an hourly rate of € 45,00 excl. TAX) (after reporting to and in consultation with landlord).
  • Request of maintenance offers from external contractors.
  • We will tend to your administration and report to you to ensure a responsible financial policy.
  • Home Solution will collect rental- and service fees.
  • If desired, yearly rent increase and other contractual changes will be implemented and communicated via Home Solution.
  • Management of security deposits.
  • Ensure timely action to prevent complex cases of debt.
  • Legal support from our in-house lawyer.
  • Administration of service fees.
  • Archival administration of relevant paperwork.

For Rental & Commercial management & Financial management we charge a fee of 10% excl. TAX.  (Example: € €975, - * 10% = €97,5 + 21% TAX = € 117,97 incl. TAX per  month.)
