Your property is always ready for new tenants

We handle the contact with the tenant, take care of the periodic maintenance and the cleaning service, check out service and we assure that your property will be immediately available for the next tenants. One month before the rental agreement expires we offer the property up for rent in order to prevent vacancy.

  • Request and termination of utilities.
  • Rental agreement that includes full inspection report.
  • Supervision of yield of home by tenant.

For a successful intermediation a brokerage fee will be charged of one month’s rent (excl. 21% TAX).

  • Home Solution will collect rental- and service fees.
  • If desired, yearly rent increase and other contractual changes will be implemented and communicated via Home Solution.
  • Management of security deposits.
  • Ensure timely action to prevent complex cases of debt.
  • Legal support from our in-house lawyer.
  • Administration of service fees.
  • Archival administration of relevant paperwork.
