we charge 1% commission

For a successful intermediation a brokerage fee will be charged of one month’s rent (excl. 21% TAX).
For Rental & Commercial management & Financial management we charge a fee of 10% excl. TAX. (Example: € €975, - * 10% = €97,5 + 21% TAX = € 117,97 incl. TAX per month.)
For Intermediation of Rental & Commercial management & Financieel management we charge a fee of 10% excl. TAX.
