I can only say good things of Hans at Home Solution. From the outset, he was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a tight timeline, but Hans stepped up and worked very hard and flexibly and around our schedule to achieve a sales price that we were happy with, and to get the sale completed to schedule. He was patient, understanding, his communication was excellent, and he took the time to clearly explain everything to us. His advice, guidance and professionalism during the process were second to none. I would strongly recommend Home Solution for a fantastic service – I cannot recommend Hans highly enough.

In the same vein as a previous post earlier this month I would like to thank Christine Lang for all her help to myself and my family since having moved in to Hilversum all the way through to helping us move back to England again the beginning of this year. Her help has been invaluable. From help with schools, medical issues,looking after our cat whilst we were on holiday, to most recently helping with the details in moving out of our house in Hilversum and back to UK. Wij hebben afgelopen jaar een huis gekocht en compleet laten renoveren door Hans en zijn team van Home Solution. Ze hebben het hele huis van boven tot beneden aangepakt. Nieuwe plafonds, de muren zijn kaal gehaald en opnieuw gestuukt, er is een muur verwijderd, ze hebben een draag balk gezet, nieuwe keuken, badkamer, schilderwerk, tegelwerk, you name it.
We vonden het een super fijne manier van werken, ze denken met je mee en komen met oplossingen als ze problemen zien.

Communicatie is adequaat.
Stabiel team met vaste vakmensen.
Als iets nog af moet worden gemaakt, dan doen ze dat ook. Bij herstelwerkzaamheden (die onder garantie vallen) komen ze ook direct langs.

Very happy to recommend Christine Lang.
After arriving from the UK and settling into an Airbnb, I had one month to find an apartment to my very tight specifications in Hilversum.
Christine would send me a daily list of available apartments and set up the viewings.
Once I had chosen my apartment she sat with me during the signing of contracts,
translating and explaining every item. Once that was done, she helped me set up my utilities. All within a month!
She took all the hassle out of the process for me and I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
I couldn't have done it so easily without her.
If you're in a similar situation as I was when I arrived (the housing market can be a bit daunting), then I recommend giving Christine a shout
